My work is designed for one purpose — your freedom.
I struggled with compulsive overeating for a large chunk of my life.
On the outside I had a beautiful life, supportive family and friends, a wonderful career track, fulfilling spiritual life, and a strong internal compass.
Yet my struggles with food were a huge time suck. And energy suck. Even though I worked in weight loss and was trained in nutrition.
My daily compulsive overeating struggles didn't feel like the true me.
Freedom was (still is) my core value ... and yet I didn't understand why I couldn't discipline my own mind around food.
I looked beyond OA, medications, and therapy, which weren't working for me or others I knew. My mission became to find true, effortless freedom from compulsive overeating, from the core of my being.
Since then, I've trained thousands of people to achieve this too ...true, effortless freedom, from the core of THEIR beings.
