I know how it feels to have no control with food.

I spent many years secretly struggling with binge eating and disordered eating. I had a beautiful life unfolding in front of me, yet I was consumed by food issues. I was constantly thinking about it, which robbed me of the energy I needed to truly enjoy my life…

I spent more than a decade studying everything from nutrition, psychology, addiction, neuroscience, detoxes, wellness, spirituality,  stress management, and fitness and even spent years living in ashrams (where monks live) to try to learn discipline and self-regulation. Even though I evolved my knowledge around all these areas, my eating issues continued to worsen. Everything changed for me when I finally realized that willpower and self-control weren’t the answer.

I didn’t want to stubbornly hang on to “solutions” that weren’t actually working for me long-term. What I really wanted was ease — for food to be a non-issue. 

I realized I couldn’t “think” my way out of binge eating or food obsession, and that there was no perfect food plan that could liberate me from the prison of my own mind. 

Once I had this realization, I started working with my body. That’s when I had my major breakthrough, and later discovered that working with the body was not only key for me, but for hundreds of others who were trapped in their own food prison.

RESET

Learn to RESET your body and mind, so you’re feeling calm around food, instead of compulsive. 

We’ll train you in how to make this shift predictably, so you can guide yourself away from that “out-of-control” state, into a calm state where you can make decisions aligned with your vision for yourself. 

We help you do this through actual training of the nervous system, using your body. This is the difference between “intellectual understanding” versus actual change.

This module dives deeper into consistency and what habits will help your freedom become more effortless. If you’re accustomed to “falling off the wagon,” you’ll see that with this strategy, there is no wagon to fall off of.
